Luke Widich


Luke is currently the Director of Contracts, Pricing, and Procurement at Tetra Tech, Inc., a publicly traded corporation, and one of the world’s leading environmental engineering, construction, and environmental management and consulting companies.  After graduating from Juniata College in 2003, Luke enlisted in the Air Force and served on active duty until 2007, where he was stationed in Okinawa, Japan, and served multiple contingency support operations deployments to Qatar, Philippines, and other locations.

He earned a Master’s of Science (M.Sc.) in International Relations and Development from Troy University, magna cum laude, from 2005-2007, and culminating with an honorable discharge in August 2007.  Luke immediately entered into Pitt Law School’s Master of Studies in Law (M.S.L.) program, graduating with honors in International & Comparative Law in 2008. From 2008-2016, Luke had various roles, which included employment stints at Carnegie Mellon University and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, U.S. Department of the Treasury. Luke was accepted into Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in 2014, where he graduated with distinction with an Executive Master’s of Leadership (E.M.L.), with an emphasis in Management, Ethics & Compliance.

Luke and his family relocated back to Pittsburgh following graduation in summer 2015, and he began his current role with Tetra Tech in January 2016. He is also the founder and President of Xebec Development Group, LLC, a Veteran-Owned Small Business in Pennsylvania that he started in 2016. Xebec provides risk and development consulting.
